How it works

Four steps, no mystery

Most first orders go from enquiry to shipped carton in five to six weeks. The clock starts when you approve a physical sample.

See the process in detail
  1. Send the enquiry Drawing, sample or just a description. Attach a file if you have one.
  2. DFM and quote We come back with a quote, tooling cost and any manufacturability notes.
  3. Sample 3–7 days once the tool is cut. You approve a physical part, not a picture.
  4. Production and QC 15–20 days after sample approval. 100% in-line inspection before packing.

Why buyers stay

Four things we do differently

Tooling in-house

CNC engraved and polished on site, so a change to the shape does not queue behind another factory's order.

100 pieces is a real order

Not a sample allowance. Trial runs at MOQ carry the same QC as a 50,000-piece run.

Testing per order

We do not hold factory certificates. We arrange third-party testing so your report covers your batch.

NDA before artwork

Signed before we see a style guide. Your mould is never used for another customer.

Inside the plant

Five stages, and what can go wrong at each

1 · Tooling

Steel mould CNC engraved then polished. Undercuts are checked here — they are cheap to fix now and expensive later.

2 · Compounding

HCR silicone pigmented to a Pantone chip. Colour is approved on a cured chip, not on a screen.

3 · Moulding

Compression moulding under heat and pressure. Wall thickness and web thickness decide how a keypad feels.

4 · Deflashing

Hand trimmed. Flash on a visible edge is the most common defect we reject for.

5 · Post-curing

200 °C for 2 hours, which drives off residual volatiles so the part does not smell in a sealed bag.

Then · 100% inspection

Dimension, colour, logo, fit and function checked in line, not sampled after the fact.
