Quality control

We do not hold a factory certificate. What we do is inspect every part in line and arrange third-party testing for the batch you order — which is what most buyers actually need, because a certificate states what a factory can do, not what arrived in your carton.

Six checkpoints

  1. Incoming material Compound lot recorded against the order. Colour checked against the approved chip before it goes to a press.
  2. First article The first good part is measured and photographed, then held. You get the photo; if you want the part, we ship it.
  3. In-process patrol Dimension and appearance checked through the run, not only at the end. Flash and short shots are caught at the press.
  4. Post-cure verification Temperature and dwell logged — 200 °C for 2 hours. This is the step that stops complaints about smell.
  5. Final inspection 100% in-line on dimension, colour, logo, fit and function. Sampled AQL 2.5 where 100% is impractical.
  6. Packing check Quantity, polybag, carton marking and carton drop condition before the box is sealed.

When you need a lab report

We arrange third-party testing through SGS, Intertek or BV depending on your market. Typical combinations and what they cost:

Market Combination Typical cost Days
United StatesASTM F963 + CPSIA$300–8007–14
European UnionEN71-1/2/3 + REACH$400–90010–15
CanadaCCPSA$300–7007–14
AustraliaAS/NZS ISO 8124$300–70010–14

One rule worth knowing: a Children’s Product Certificate must be issued by the importer, not the factory. We can supply the test report from a CPSC-accepted laboratory; only you can sign the CPC. Any supplier offering to "give you a CPC" misunderstands the rule.
